There is no single published HYTANBIO MOQ or production lead time that applies to every oral strip project. Request a written quotation for the exact formula, film dimensions, packaging and quantity. A development sample, a pilot run and a commercial batch are different purchasing units. Printed foil and cartons can also have minimum quantities separate from film production. For an illustrative calculation only, 1,000 cartons containing 30 strips each require 30,000 saleable strips; this is not a factory MOQ or capacity commitment. Ask how sampling, rejected units, retained samples and packaging overages affect the order. Compare prices per finished strip and per finished carton, with currency and delivery terms stated. Schedule estimates should identify their starting event, material dependencies, testing time and whether transport is included before a launch date is committed.
Sample timing can be estimated only after the material information, target specification and development scope are sufficiently clear. Provide the ingredient documents, intended market, desired loading, film dimensions, quantity and packaging concept together. Decide what the first round should demonstrate: initial handling, an analytical target, a sensory comparison or a packaging fit check. These are different deliverables and may not finish at the same time. Ask the supplier to separate material sourcing, method preparation, laboratory work, customer feedback and courier transit in the schedule. A fixed launch deadline should not substitute for sample acceptance criteria. After each round, record the formula version, observations and the single change requested for the next iteration. An approved laboratory sample is a development milestone; the pilot and commercial release still need their own specifications and checks.
The 2026 peptide sheet confirms that strength, minimum order quantity, packaging format and lead time are set per project. Its reference targets and carton counts do not establish production capacity, a delivery commitment or a commercial MOQ.
